You choose where your data lives — we host in India, the US, or Europe depending on your institution's needs. Data is encrypted at rest, access is permission-scoped, and full audit trails are kept. We follow GDPR- and DPDP-aligned practices; formal certifications are on our roadmap.
Yes — your data is always yours. Take a full CSV/Excel export, or use the API to offload everything programmatically.
There's no separate signup. Families get a welcome email with a secure magic link (or can set a password), and they only ever see their own family's data.
Self-registered users must verify their email address first — resend the verification if needed. Accounts created by staff are pre-verified.
Teachers see only their own assigned classes and subjects for the current year, read-only.
When logged in, the new application attaches to their existing family and pre-fills shared details — no duplicate family is created.
Pipelines move forward only. To reverse a decision, use “toggle-off,” which regresses the status with a required reason kept in the audit trail.
